Nourishing Yoga for Writers & Creatives

Yoga. Single handedly one of the most beautiful, important, vital, and nourishing practices I have invited into my life. I don't even know where to begin... this practice has literally impacted every area of my life; a moving meditation. The pairing of movement and breath. Mindfully caring for our bodies and looking after our souls. 

I've been practicing yoga for quite some time now, about 7 years, and looking back, I can't remember what my life was like before I began expanding my life through this practice. It is ancient. It is beautiful. It leaves such a big impact, physically, spiritually, emotionally. 

Today, in the new video on my channel, I wanted to share a few super easy breezy yoga poses that are especially wonderful and soothing for writers and creatives who work at a desk all day. The video is short and sweet but effective and fun.
